Dear valued guest,

We write to inform you that from the end of October until the the middle of November, we will conduct some repair works around our swimming pools. We will renovate the deck areas. We aim to keep disruption for our guests to the minimum but it may be possible that during this period there may be limited access to the swimming pools.

Our beachfront location does provide direct access to the turquoise ocean which is also an opportunity to swim alongside the variety of marine life and turtles.

There may be some noise disturbance during this time but we will aim to minimise this.

We do hope that you will decide to keep your booking, for which we and the people of Lombok would be most grateful. We are happy to offer all guests with all an existing booking a 20% discount should you wish to keep your booking.

Having struggled tremendously during recent times, we must look forward and endeavour to make sure that our resort is as beautiful as it was before. We will maintain our high end service but there will be some limitation to the services that we usually offer.

If access to the swimming pools is critical, we do apologize and accept your cancellation, free of charge.
